This event is open to all Service Members on Fort Hood. Family, friends, loved ones, and children are all invited to join us. Thunder Run 5K may be ran or walked, how you reach the finish line is up to you.
Strollers are welcome! Please ensure your child is safely secured before beginning your run.
Please no pets.
All participants must have access to Fort Hood.
What’s included in the registration fee? A Thunder Run 5K T-Shirt, a finisher Medal, and a race bib with time tracking.
Award categories for male and female participants
4 divisions- 18-24, 25-29, 30-39, 40+
Awards will be presented at 0900 for the first place winners of each category.
Cost breakdown-
Early registration (20OCT26-09NOV26)- $35
Registration (10NOV26-01DEC26)- $40
Late registration (02DEC26-11DEC26 T-Shirt sizes not guaranteed)- $40
Race Day Registration (12DEC26- No T-Shirt included)- $25
Children 10 and under (Only Medal and race bib, No T-Shirt included)- $15
** T-Shirts will only be available in adult sizes XS-XXXL, if a child wants a T-Shirt, they must register for normal registration and select an Adult Size**
